A Calgary roof had a failing California-style valley. We recommended rebuilding it with a membrane underneath and new matching shingles.

What we found. A failing closed, California-style valley with worn and damaged shingles along it.
What we recommended. Remove the valleys and fully replace them on both sides, install Malarkey Omniseal three-ply membrane in the dead valley about four feet up, and rebuild with new cropped valleys and colour-matched IKO Cambridge shingles.
