Most window companies here either sell the product or install it. We do both: we measure, quote, order, deliver and install, so one team is responsible for every window from the factory to the finished trim.
Builders and contractors use us for full window and door packages and for supply-only orders at contractor pricing. Homeowners use us to replace drafty, fogged or hard-to-open windows and doors, often on cabins and second homes where the owners are not in town. You get a line-by-line quote, one point of contact from take-off to delivery, and product ordered to suit your framing schedule. Lead times vary by manufacturer and product line, so we note them on the quote and order early. Brand specified on your plans? We will quote that exact product.
Need it installed? Our Red Seal journeyman installer sets, shims, insulates and flashes every unit, so you are not chasing a separate window installer. Prefer to use your own crew? We supply only, at contractor pricing.

We are not tied to one brand, so we can quote what your plans, budget and schedule call for. For high-end homes and cabins, we supply European-style uPVC windows, including tilt-and-turn units with multi-chamber frames and triple-pane glass options. For builder budgets, we quote vinyl windows and patio doors. If your plans specify a brand, we can quote that exact product. Ask us about the brands we carry.

Replacement windows and doors for homes and cabins
If your windows are drafty, fogged between the panes, hard to open or letting in water, we measure every opening and tell you whether a full-frame replacement or an insert makes more sense. Older valley homes often have 2×4 walls and non-standard openings, so we size each unit to the actual opening, not the catalogue. Many of our customers are second-home owners, so we schedule around when you are in town and send photos as the work goes in. Have your own installer? We can supply the windows and doors only.
Full-frame replacement
Best long-termOld frame out to the rough opening, new window flashed and sealed into the wall, with new exterior casing and interior trim.
Insert (retrofit) windows
A new window set inside the existing frame where the frame is sound, with less disturbance to trim and finishes.

Whether it is a full builder package or a few replacement windows, this is the process. One contact handles your project from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Every quote is prepared by a window specialist with 25 years in the trade, who also does the measuring and product advice, so the person who quotes your job knows exactly what is being installed.

Builders send drawings or a window schedule. For replacements, we measure every opening on site, or book the visit around when you are in town.

We order once you approve, follow up with the manufacturer and deliver to site to suit your schedule.

Installation and walkthrough
Our Red Seal journeyman installer checks each opening, flashes and seals every unit into the house wrap, shims it level, insulates with low-expansion foam and finishes the trim. We test every sash and lock, then walk through the job with you, or send photos if you are away.
Window and door problems we see most in the valley
Fog between the panes
A failed seal lets moisture into the sealed unit. If the frame is sound, we can often replace the glass only.
Drafts and cold spots
Worn weatherstripping and old single- or early double-pane glass let heat out all winter.
Hard to open or lock
Frames that have shifted or sashes with worn hardware. Sometimes a repair, often a sign it is time to replace.
Wrong-size replacement doors
Off-the-shelf patio doors often do not suit older 2×4 walls. We size doors to your wall before you buy.
Old aluminum sliders
Common in older cabins: cold frames, condensation and ice in winter. Modern vinyl or uPVC frames are far warmer.
Water at the sill
Usually missing flashing or failed sealant. We fix the flashing, not just the caulking.
