How soon can you come out for an inspection or quote?
We typically schedule inspections within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, availability may vary, but we’ll always confirm your appointment promptly so you know when to expect us. Weather permitting.
Do you charge for inspections or quotes?
Retail: Quotes are always free for repair and replacements.
Insurance: A detailed inspection with a written report is required by your insurance company. This is a paid service unless you select Bears Valley as your contractor in that case, we provide all reports and documentation at no cost.
Full inspections: (For insurance or other reasons) Is a paid service, since they include a detailed written report with photos.
Emergency repairs: These are handled differently because we come out and repair right away. Call us for pricing and availability. A quote can be provided for additional repairs after the initial emergency repair is performed.
