The inspection

The question. The homeowner wanted to know whether the summer storms had damaged their roof, and what to do about it.

How we checked. In September 2023 we photographed the house from above. It shows every slope, valley and vent up close, without anyone walking on shingles that may already be damaged.

What we found. The photos showed storm damage spread across the shingles, not just one spot.

What the homeowner got. A written damage report with the photos, so they could see exactly what we saw, plus a clear plan for the next steps.
