Measured Roof Quote: House and Garage in Riverbend, Calgary

After a summer storm, a Riverbend homeowner needed a quote for the house and the detached garage. We measured both roofs from aerial imagery, so the quote was accurate and nothing was left out.

The quote

The problem. A summer storm in 2023 damaged the shingles on the house and the detached garage.

Measuring it right. We used aerial measurements: about 1,842 sq ft over 9 roof faces at a 4/12 pitch.

Getting the full scope. An earlier scope only counted part of the garage. Our measurements and photos showed the whole garage roof needed replacing, so the full garage was included in the quote.

The quote. One clear price for both roofs in BP Mystique laminated shingles. The homeowner went ahead, and we replaced both roofs.
