The inspection
The question. After a storm in 2023, the homeowner wanted to know if their roof had been damaged.
Timing it right. Early snow covered the roof, so we rebooked once it cleared. You can’t judge shingles you can’t see.
How we checked. We photographed the whole roof from above and looked closely at the shingles, ridges, vents and valleys.
Our answer. No impact damage. The roof was in good shape, and we told the homeowner exactly that. No work needed.
