Why replace a concrete tile roof that still looks fine?
The tile can look fine while the underlayment under it is worn out. That layer keeps the water out, so it is worth having it checked.
Is it a big job to switch from tile to shingles?
It is a full tear-off. The tile is heavy, so removal takes longer than shingles, but the rest of the job is a normal replacement.
Can I put steel or rubber on instead?
Yes. Steel and Euroshield rubber are both options, and we price them beside shingles.
Do you do siding at the same time?
